Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, inform us — Aquadea GmbH, Hirschbergstraße 14, 85254 Sulzemoos, Germany, info@aquadea.de, +49 (0) 8135 99 474 55 — of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail or letter). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them. You shall return the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized — in particular commissioned works and individually configured or engraved pieces (e.g. the Golden Shower Portal, Unio Mystica 21, custom gemstone compositions).

Every piece leaves our manufactory personally inspected. If anything about your order is not as it should be, contact us first — we will find a solution.
