This English version is provided for convenience. The German version of our terms (AGB) is legally binding and prevails in case of doubt.
1. Scope & Contracting Party
These terms apply to all orders placed in this online shop. Your contracting party is Aquadea GmbH, Hirschbergstraße 14, 85254 Sulzemoos, Germany (Amtsgericht München, HRB 187945).
2. Ordering & Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. Our order confirmation e-mail constitutes acceptance of your order. The contract language is English or German.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in EUR. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes of the destination country may apply. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (including bank transfer in advance, PayPal and — where available — card payments and mobile wallets).
4. Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Items
Our pieces are handcrafted in our manufactory. Unless an item is marked as in stock, crafting times of typically 7–28 days apply before dispatch; the expected time is stated on the product page. Commissioned works (e.g. the Golden Shower Portal, Unio Mystica 21) are created individually on the basis of a separate agreement.
5. Delivery
We ship worldwide, insured. Details and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under German law apply (in general, two years from delivery).
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
9. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
10. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
