Where We Ship
We ship worldwide from our manufactory at Schlossgut Sulzemoos, Bavaria, Germany. Every shipment is fully insured.
Gulf Region (GCC)
Deliveries to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain are sent by free insured express courier (DHL), typically arriving 5–10 days after dispatch.
Crafting Times
Our pieces are handcrafted. Items marked as in stock ship within a few working days; made-to-order pieces typically require 7–28 days of crafting time before dispatch — the expected time is stated on each product page. We will keep you informed.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and fees of the destination country may apply and are shown or advised where applicable. Questions about your country? Ask us before ordering — we answer personally.
Tracking & Packaging
You receive a tracking link with dispatch. Every piece is packed by hand, protected, and leaves Sulzemoos personally inspected.
